昨日，深振業與天虹商場簽訂振業星海商業廣場的租賃協議，標志著振業集團正式發力商業地產，向集團百億戰略邁進。
深振業4月7日公告，振業星海商業廣場是公司開發星海名城七期項目的商業裙樓部分，建筑面積約3.4萬平方米，擬于2011年8月竣工。此次，公司出租給天虹商場地下1層至地上3層部分，出租物業的賬面價值達1.178億元。
深振業總裁李富川表示，近期來看，此舉將促進星海商業廣場項目的招商租賃和振業國際商務中心寫字樓的銷售，為公司提供穩定的現金流，提高公司抵御風險的能力；長遠來看，此次合作標志著振業集團正式試水商業地產，為公司商業地產的開發和運營積累了寶貴經驗，將對公司經營戰略產生深遠影響。
在簽約儀式上，深振業高層還介紹，商業地產開發運營是集團“百億企業”發展戰略的重要組成部分，振業集團未來將加大對商業地產的投入，初步定位于住宅產品配套的商業地產開發，打造標準化的商業地產產品系列。
