今天，蘇寧電器發布了2010年第三季度報表，季報顯示，公司今年前三季度實現凈利潤28.3億元，同比增長43.58%，每股收益0.4元。同時，三季報凈增連鎖店面131家，總店數達到1235家，創下歷年季度開店新記錄。根據對未來市場及公司發展的判斷，預計2010年度公司歸屬于母公司所有者的凈利潤將比上年同期增長30%-45%。

開店數量創季度新高

2010年年初，蘇寧電器針對一二級、三四級市場制定細分策略，因地制宜開設連鎖店。前三季度，蘇寧新進入23個地級以上城市，新開常規店183家、縣鎮店95家、精品店7家，共置換/關閉連鎖店20家，凈增加連鎖店265家。其中7-9月，公司新進入9個地級以上城市，新開常規店87家、縣鎮店46家，精品店3家，置換/關閉連鎖店5家，凈增加連鎖店131家。其中第三季度131家凈增店面創下蘇寧歷年季度開店數量新高，加之即將進入第四季度蘇寧電器二十周年慶典期，未來開店數量應該會繼續保持在較高水平，對于全年開店目標的實現將起到比較大的支撐作用。

在國際市場，蘇寧電器也呈現出成熟、穩健的發展態勢。在優化香港地區原有連鎖網絡的同時積極進行網絡拓展，前三季度，香港地區新開連鎖店5家，置換/關閉連鎖店5家。截至本報告期末，蘇寧在香港地區擁有連鎖店22家。同時，蘇寧協助日本LAOX公司新開3家連鎖店，截止報告期末，LAOX在東京、大阪地區已經擁有7家連鎖店面，經營狀況穩步趨好。綜上，截至報告期末，公司在中國大陸、香港地區、日本市場共擁有連鎖店1235家。

成本有效控制經營業績增幅明顯

前三季度，國內宏觀經濟持續向好，消費激勵政策深入實施，家電行業整體有所提升。加之蘇寧下半年加快連鎖拓展，連鎖網絡規模進一步擴大，由此帶來終端銷售和服務能力持續增強。眾多利好因素促成前三季度實現營業收入較上年同期增長30.61%，其中主營業務收入同比增長31.45%，繼續保持較快增幅，可比門店、單店經營質量持續提高。

由于公司新開店面數量增加較快，本年度1200應屆畢業生工程大量人員入職到位，并圍繞二十周年實施了一系列品牌提升計劃，帶來銷售費用、管理費用絕對值較上年同期分別增長30.56%、23.52%，但公司依托較為成熟的預算管控、績效分析體系以及信息化運用，運營費用率仍然得到有效控制，管理費用率、銷售費用率較去年同期下降了0.16個百分點。

中信證券研究部執行總經理、商業零售行業首席分析師趙雪芹認為：蘇寧電器近十年來著力打造連鎖后臺競爭力，在物流、信息、人才上持續投入，現在優勢功效已經逐步體現，具備在快速發展的同時保持穩健的能力，這有助于在拉動內需、加快城鎮化進程中充分分享需求釋放、提高市場占有率。而公司正通過人才儲備、信息技術、自建店、營銷變革系統化推進經營轉型，在經營管理效率，毛利率提升上也具有很強的后勁。

據三季報稱，隨著連鎖網絡規模的進一步擴大，經營變革的系統推進以及一系列費用控制措施的有效落實，公司經營質量穩步提升。蘇寧于三季度末啟動二十周年慶典百日盛惠大型促銷活動，截至目前，由于準備充足、促銷得當，各地銷售呈現較好態勢。隨著第四季度二十周年慶典促銷力度的加大，銷售和品牌形象將會進一步提升，預計2010年度公司歸屬于母公司所有者的凈利潤將比上年同期增長30%-45%。

對此，業內人士解釋說，對運營商而言，目前主要面臨的工作就是數模整體轉換，運營商的用戶市場可以分為既有市場和新增市場兩個部分，既有市場是指已經購買了電視機的有線用戶，新增市場是指電視機更新換代或其他原因購買新電視的用戶。

隨著國內數字電視整體平移進度的進一步加快，以機頂盒轉換存量市場、以數字電視一體機發展增量市場成為業界共識。創維集團副總裁楊東文表示，目前國內需要高清機頂盒的地方仍然很多，而且國際市場空間更大，目前創維的機頂盒國內市場份額大約占到40％，因此完全不必擔心。

記者了解到，數字一體機和機頂盒將長期共存，是運營商發展用戶的兩個最主要的手段。多數專家接受采訪時均表示，到2015年，我國將基本實現有線電視向數字電視的轉換，機頂盒應該在5年內退出市場。
