A dog that has been trained to sniff out human cancer cells in Japan, is being cloned in South Korea, said a Seoul-based biotechnology company and the dog's owner. 2 cloned fetuses from the dog Marine were last month implanted into a surrogate mother dog. Marine lost her ability to reproduce when her womb was removed because of disease.

日本最近訓練出一只能聞出人類的癌細胞的"嗅癌犬"，名叫"馬林"。首爾一家生物技術公司和狗的主人近日稱，韓國正對它進行克隆。"馬林"曾因病摘除子宮，喪失生育能力。上月從"馬林"身上取出的2個用于克隆的胚胎已植入代孕母狗體內。
